We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please follow the guidelines below to avoid a service charge:

• Standard Appointments: Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• Same-Day Appointments: If your appointment was booked on the same day, please cancel at least 1 hour in advance.

We kindly ask that you respect our technicians’ time and effort. Failure to cancel within the required notice period will result in a $59 + HST service call charge, to fairly compensate our technicians for their time and travel.
